A couple of weeks before a family trip to Iceland in December 2025, my brother toby and I decided at the last minute to create a short film, inspired by the country’s extraordinary landscapes.

With Toby directing and leading cinematographer, and myself producing and starring in the film, we collaborated to develop an idea into a seven - minute short film. Working together in an unfamiliar environment, we made the most of the locations around us to bring our creative vision to life.

The project was an opportunity to experiment with visual storytelling, collaborate creatively and turn a spontaneous idea into a finished film.
